Slow ox 45 minutes. Sweet cherry nose, with a touch of oak. Sour yet spicy cherries and earth on the palate. Still fairly tight structure - probably would benefit another 5+ years

This thing really hit the spot. I have been drinking village and regional level recently. The oak has integrated and this thing was lovely. A bit muted on the nose but flavors exploded.

This is a very good bottle. What a value. Bought these back in the day for $40 a piece. Ripe red juicy raspberries , wild strawberries , pine sap, new leather, marzipan, fennel, floral, what a fantastic nose. Drinking very good, must be at its peak. Such a joy to experience, the nose then drinking connected really well. Ready to go in 15 minutes but drank just as good day 3…. Yeah I don’t know what happened… why did it last for 3 days ?!?! Smooth not silky but rich and balanced.

Day 1, sour cherries and thin, not a very good wine. It drank like it was a cheap wine that turned too old. I would score it a low to mid 80’s. Don’t know why I didn’t just dump it but vacu pumped and into fridge. Day 2. A really good clean old school burgundy with crunchy red fruits and berries. Everything is there, maybe missing a bit of weight or backbone but very good. 93 is for the last glass day 2. Pure and precise.

3rd bottle from my cellar. Didn’t love it. Was quite dark and the oak treatment can use a little more integration.
Everyone else really liked it though :)
