  • Blend of Gruner Veltliner, Sauvignon Blanc, and Riesling. Very light yellow-green in the glass, with microbubbles at the rim. Similarly light nose of lemon, lime, a little flower, and green grass. Intense citrus and saline on the tongue, with acidity so high it practically scorches the mouth clean. Pro review additionally cites a range of herb, tea, and spice nuances, but I could not detect them given the blast of tart fruit. Finish is surprisingly short given the intensity up front. A good value at 12, but overall just not my thing.
