  • Decanted for 30 minutes - with a small amount of sediment. The color was a clear light violet. Relatively light nose with some light red fruits, earth, and a touch of cola. The medium bodied palate showed some red fruits (cherry and raspberry), along with some earth, some spice, and a touch of cola. The acidity was vibrant and any tannins were completely integrated in this easy drinking "feminine" pinot.

  • sb
Light ruby with a garnet rim
Soft initial feel, dull muddled mulberry flavors
Noticeable heat, hard to place at first. (?CdP) more obvious pinot with an hour of air.
This particular bottle was a bit of a disappointment, and would tend to serve on the cool side, sooner rather than later. (Despite a very recent nicer showing)

  • Light ruby garnet colored
Very red fruited, cranberry strawberry cola; I thought more Oregon (again). A hint of oak still and alcohol more present. 14.4%. Super soft luscious feel.
Probably at its peak now, I’d consider drinking sooner rather than later before the fruit fades and the alcohol rears its head more

  • So obviously a Cali Pinot from the nose. Color starting to fade just a touch but the overripe, nearly candied cherry fruit is still mouth filling. Just the right acidity to make it food worthy. Very smooth. Hints of some dried herbs and Oak. 20 second finish.

  • a Burgundian frame, lean and taut, provides a new world fruit profile of cherry and raspberry backed with sweet spice and light cedar notes
