40% Poulsard, 30% Trousseau, 30% Pinot Noir. Extra bottle from the winery as I did not want to taste any red wines (not because I don't like them but sometimes you have to limit the amount of wines you can taste). PnP at ~14°C, ideal for a hot summer evening with a piece of cheese. Requires bit air to open, typical Jura with a lot of freshness, red berries and a earthy touch, light but not thin, medium+ finish, very good. In a good spot now but there is no hurry to drink the last bottles, these wines survive longer than you would expect.
