  Trois Cepages 뜻 자체가 3가지 품종이라는데 뭘 섞었을까?
  Pinot Noir 60%, Trousseau 35%, Poulsard 5%
  피노야 색깔부터 그러려니 했는데 일단 뒤의 2개는 어떻게 읽는지도 모르겠다.
  
  약간의 마굿간, 방구 냄새 비슷한 향이 난다.
  다행인 것은 풍성한 과실향이 이 향을 이내 덮어줘서 이걸 저어엉말 싫어하는 사람이 아니고선 견딜 수 있겠다.
  피노누아가 메인이다보니 향 만으로는 붉은 과실, 약간의 버섯향이 섞인 전형적인 그 피노에 가깝다.
  
  입에서는 산미가 약간 튀는 느낌이 든다.
  탄닌이 약하고, 바디가 약하다보니 산도에 신경을 쓴 느낌이랄까?
  약간의 단 맛도 있긴 한데 이게 실제로 단건지 아님 달달한 과실향 때문에 맛까지 달게 느껴지는지는 헷갈리는 부분.

  I agree with @GemOfWine about this real gem of a wine. It's probably 18 months - 2 years since I first tried a bottle off the 18 and I've drunk countless since, and they never fail. I think this most recent bottle was the best yet, and much loved by friends I shared it with too. Packs a lot of flavour and increasingly complexity into a light bodied, low(ish) abv, pale coloured wine. Wonderfully versatile with food, great in all seasons, hard not to like, and rewards attention. Great balance, and an elegance that reminds me I should also (save up and) drink more D''Angerville. Glad I have a few more, but doubt I'll see them reach their peak which is probably a couple ofd years off. So good!

  Delicious, light-medium body, light crimson in the glass, for it's weight it has a solid feel to it, a lot going on in this bottle and is very drinkable now but I would give it a couple of years to come together.

  Is difficult not to like this one, I kept pouring….
  Elegantly vibrant, sweet perfume of orange scented flowers , cherries, earthy mushrooms, red currants, raspberries, stems & branches, & so juicy 😋
  It has a delicious neat acid backbone in its structure, & a right touch of tannins.
  Lovely & yes, it is very elegant.

  Light ruby colour. Nose of red berries and raspberries. Light-bodied, gentle tannins, nice acidity, fruity remembering the flavours of the nose; nice definition but not too complex. medium length
