Delicious, but definitely that 'old' Niagara 'big red' green taste, very well made however and an overall delight - Very dark red, well concentrated with a nose of cherry, plum, cedar, vegetation, tobacco and vanilla, very well structured, complex, nicely integrated and balanced, smooth on the palate with excellent length, not my style overall, but irrestible (90 Points).

i had pretty low expectations of this wine despite the price; however i was pleasantly surprised with the body this showed, not your typical Ontario red. Don't think I would buy another bottle at this price but enjoyable none the less.

This was clearly the sunrise of the lunch. Drank along with 2 California cabs and 2 Bordeaux as a blind. It held its own. At its prime. No signs of aging, likley will keep for few more years. Bright red fruit, raspberry, cranberry and a hint of dark cherry; anise and touch of rosemary; great mouth feel, balanced; soft tannins and good acidity. Long finish! Very enjoyable now but no need to rush it.

Cork was dry and broke. I decanted to remove cork pieces. Wine was fruity (red tree fruit), well balanced, full of wood and graphite.
