  Very good, very balanced, very Alsatian. Aromas of stone fruit, on the palate nice acidity and citrus flavors on the finish.

  Apricot, pineapple, citrus and oak on the nose. Serious minerality. medium acidity, medium plus alcohol, tropical fruit. Just beautiful.

  Similar to prior bottle; it has good structure and went well with spicy food but has only modest fruit and depth, which I believe is related to its drinking window closing. I had this wine 3 years ago and it was excellent.

  Fruit is diminished suggesting drinking window is closing; wine was cellar-stored. Pleasant to drink but without honey layered flavor that I associate with Zind-Humbrecht; indice 1 so dry with balance.
