A very easy drinking PS, that is reasonably priced. Foppiano makes some incredible Petite Sirah, this isn't up to that level. But, for an everyday type PS it is a good wine. It also is a entry point for folks not overly familiar with PS and wanting to give it a try without investing a lot of money in the venture.

Deep dark purple. Copious aromas of berry fruit. Massive dark berry fruit balanced by the grip of softening tannins and a long finish.

Dark purple; peppery pomegranate nose; mid-body; grapey; good tannins; semi-chewy; good $10 pizza and pasta wine.
