Drinkability defined - Berries, pepper and smokiness together with minerality, and some herbal notes. Very long persistent aftertaste, refreshing acid and a terrific wine. Gets better with air but close to impossible to make it last for a long.

A bit raw and underripe for our taste. May need a bit more open time or age. Rather acidic and alch-centric with lesser notes of dry cherry and terroir.

Nothing special here. Searched for the Syrah.

Ruby red colour. Red currants on the nose. Taste of red currants and cherries. Goes well with beef.
