  Drinking solidly at this stage in its evolution, if lacking in profound complexity. If you are a fan of Spatlese with some age on it and have a bottle of this, not a bad time to crack it.The cork notably was 90% soaked through and this has been stored on its side in appropriate humidity in a 55F cellar for at least the last 7 years.
