  Nose: fresh, red currant, wild strawberry, hint of orange when gets warmer thyme, spicy and alcohol
  Taste: very light bodied (color and taste a bit like rose), medium+ acidity, medium+ tannins, red currant, wild strawberry, fresh, very simple, good and universal food wine light but has quite a lot of tannins so you can match it with fish and beef and should work
