Grignolino at Collisioni (Castello di Barolo): The nose showed intense bright cherry, sweet spices, lifted floral tones, and minerals. On the palate, I found soft textures with floral ripe cherry, a mix of fine tannin and spicy acidity, which added a zesty mouthfeel. It finished fresh on dried strawberries and hints of spice. Wow, very nice.

medium bodied with nice sour cherry flavour. Although, the alcool takes over and keeps the wine unbalanced.

Fresh with bay spice on the nose. Later picked Grignolino. Fresh and tasty, fun. That bitter juicy red fruit is right in my wheel house.
