This is composed of 67% Chardonnay, 18% Pinot Noir and 15% Trepail Rouge (which since their vineyards are only Chardonnay and Pinot Noir is presumably also Pinot). From Premier cru classed vineyards in the Trepail sub region. Extra brut.
Salmon pink hues in the glass with a small persistant bead. Fresh strawberry and red berry characters dominate. Broad and relatively intense in the mouth. Not particularly profound but pretty good. Good value at €28.

Suntacular (Frank Murray's Casa): Soily nose. Dirty, grippy palate. This is a geek fest. But it was quite nice. I'm not one to go for geeky in Champagne that often but this one hit home.

Pale salmon color...excellent effervescence (due to quality provenance via Fat Cork). Subtle balance of minerals, citrus, with emphasis on cherries and raspberries. Medium long finish. An excellent champagne!

Great balance between Brut and Extra Brut (sweetness), great acidity and red fruit.
