  A little bit austere. It’s fruity, sweet beginning with cherry nose. But then bitter dry mid taste and short ending.
  It was ok with a monday night sheppeard pie.

  Maintenant bon en PNP. Non carafé. Fruits noirs, un peu de poivre, des notes chocolatées. Encore tannique mais entre dans une fenêtre intéressante.

  Ouvert 2 heures d’avance, on décide de ne pas le carafer car il est très fruité, un peu rond mais très beau. Encore primaire, il accompagne très très bien le boeuf du BBQ.

  Typical Pessac Léognan.
  Tastes of red fruits, blackberry, plums.
  Very voluptuous and expressive
  Quite a long final.
  Perfect pairing with roasted lamb and cèpes mushrooms

  This ruby hued Bordeaux has aromas of peat, liquorice and dark red fruit. Tobacco, red cherry and plum on the tongue. Medium bodied with a long finish. No surprise that it paired very well with steak and chimichurri.
