One of the 2 or 3 best Roses in Israel. A slightly bitter edge that adds intrigue to the fresh berries & citrus on the nose and palate. Perfect summer wine.

Delightful light rose. Bracing acidity, ripe berries on the nose and palate with surprising floral notes. Perfectly accompanied a variety of food on a warm summer evening, including duck breast, steak and roasted sea bream. Not as full bodied as the Bat Shlomo rose, but perhaps a bit more refined and elegant.

WOW, what a Rosé! A blend of 68% Grenache and 38% Tempranillo. Light salmon pink in color with on the nose wild strawberries, sour cherries, peaches, straw, citrus blossom and minerals. Light in body with vibrant tart red berry fruit, stone fruits, stoney minerals with a hint of salinity, bracing acidity with more tart cherries and minerals on the moderately long finish. Very impressive effort, it's not just a beautiful wine, it has complexity. Kudos to Eran Goldwasser the winemaker, GREAT job! 12.5% Abv. 91+
