If you could bottle the experience of running through a tulip and rose field with your eyes closed, and could take that experience and put it into a bottle of wine, this is what would result. This wine is a rose petal and tulip masterpiece. A little bit of limestone on the front and a hint of tart to get the ball rolling. The middle of the wine is quite thick, strawberry liqueur and rhubarb. The finish is acidic, with wet limestone, wildflowers and strawberry pie. This little wine was a stunner, and at 18 bucks it is a GOOD ONE to have for the summer! (Between Gaston, Hensell, and this one, there's no need to want for another Rose!). Drink now, or within the next 1-2 years.
