This has lost some freshness. Bruised red apple, quince, melon, and this really pretty soft floral that was tough to place. Frankly, I get a lot of "miss" bottles on this wine, so it was nice to have one that wasn't off, but this lacked the energy that I've come to absolutely love in Texier's other wines (especially Brezeme)

Yellow -gold colour. Concentrated fragrance. Lots of minerality and body. Initially a bit of strange undefined flavour at the back of the mouth, but this disappeared as the wine opened up. Improved over the evening, so I recommend decanting Very interesting wine at an amazing price point.
