Ordered off the list at the Chase in Toronto. It's a nice almost apertif wine although I held some back in my glass to pair with a burrata and grilled peaches which worked fairly well. It's very light, slight minerals, white flowers, and maybe hints of a white peach. Pretty and easy to drink.

Clear light yellow. Lots of mineral, apple, lemon, anda slight hint of oxidation which only brings more complexity. Delicious floral melon and lemon flavours and a very nice dry finish.

Pale lemony yellow color. Ripe, juicy and nuanced nose with fruity aromas of mirabelle plums, cantaloupe, some waxy richness, a little bit of creaminess, light nutty tones and almost red-fruited hints reminiscent of cherry and strawberry. The wine is full-bodied and rich yet surprisingly fresh and balanced with flavors of mirabelle plums, creamy richness, stony minerality, a little bit of nutty complexity, a hint of golden apples and a red-fruited touch of cherry. The finish is quite long with good fresh acidity and nuanced flavors that repeat the midpalate notes pretty verbatim.
A lovely, fresh and nuanced Côtes du Rhône Blanc that shows great focus and intensity for a wine from this vintage known for its warmth. Its ripe, almost red-fruited flavors lend a wonderful twist to the normally so vague and unfocused style of Rhône whites. Great value at 14,90€.

Medium light yellow. Oxidized lemon and melon nose. Delicious dry melon and citrus flavour and a very dry finish.

Tangy and citrusy. Zesty late palette with finish of lemon jolly rancher.
