  Previously tasted three and a half years ago, this was my first from bottle and it had developed as I'd hoped. Lots of floral notes on the nose, (especially violet and rose) along with red cherry and a bit of menthol quality. Medium bodied (13.5% ABV) and the red cherry upfront retains very nice brightness. Mid-body shows good depth and the backside shows tart red cherry, spice notes, earth and minerals. Tannins have integrated, so that they provide good structure and contribute to solid finishing length. Showed the quality of the vintage in the nature of the fruit and the overall balance achieved. For an inexpensive Nebbiolo that's quite accessible now, but can continue to hold, this is really good QPR.

  Finally! A good Nebbiolo below €15 that's ready to drink.
  Tannins well integrated by now. A pleasure to drink.

  Violet, rose and cherry on the very pretty, aromatic nose. Medium bodied, but much better balance than the barbera from this producer. Nice, bright cherry fruit through the middle adding in some depth and earthy notes on the finish. Good tannic structure overall and nice length and acidity on the finish. Should show some modest improvement with short term cellaring.

  Rood met bruintinten. Niet typische nebbiolo neus maar nogal wat fruit. Veel zuur. Nog zeker jaar laten liggen.
