Purchased and perfectly stored since release. I was a little concerned that I may have waited too long. Unnecessary, this wine is very enjoyable if you like aged Chardonnays, which is hopefully the case with those still holding bottles. Very well balanced with good acidity. The nose has subtle notes of tropical fruits and a bit of the buttscotchy thing. Very full in the mouth with a fairly long finish. I have one more and will drink it soon, as I don't see the point in waiting. Drank it with a Moroccan chicken tagine, with which it went splendidly.

A difficult vintage for this particular vineyard designate (beloved in our circle) yet we've enjoyed the 2011's longer term development in the cellar as it's intensified the tropical fruit depth while maintaining good acidity balance and ooh the mouth coating longggg finish. Definitely a food wine that proved perfect with Petrale sole & Meyer lemon beurre blanc sauce.

Lively acidity and lemon curd with subtle oak. A California chars but not over done in that sense. Drinking well

Light golden color. Lemon and citrus notes on the bouquet. Medium body. Buttery and sweet with prominent oak. Medium length and good finish.

Light with earthy lemony chalk and peach and some apricot.
