Lychee, pineapples and grapefruits are the dominant aromas here for me; not a lot of minerality considering variety / appellation, but fresh, uncomplicated and easy drinking. No hurry drinking these. 14.5/20

Drank this with a salad made out of almost raw green beans, peach, ricotta, lime juice and young lettuce. The nose of the wine has peach, which paired well. Needed to top the salad with a bit more lime as the wine was somewhat acidic- after that, the pairing was great. The nose is nice and fresh, but the wine has quite a bit of body (acid and bitter) for a Loire sauvignon, so would not pair with anything too light.

Initially strong "fragrance" of cat pee, grassy with fresh green fruit aromas, on the palate more mineralic with lemon cest, flintstone, a little subdued, needs a lot of time and air to evolve in the glass, strong acidic and tannic appearance, remains unbalanced over hours, ending slightly bitter, saline and quite long, this showing is not my cup ot tea, (**-***?), 85- 90?
