Beau gamay légèrement vanillé par son élevage, belle charpente malgré l'absence de tannins.
À la fois légèrement minéral (finale) et légèrement végétal (attaque) . C'est assez curieux...
Bien construit.

Meilleur que les autres bouteilles , beaucoup de petit fruit rouge , roche/minéraux , léger poivre , léger végétal , plus gourmand que la dernière bouteille très belle aciditée
