Burgund '21 + moden vin (Centropa, Oslo, Norway): Dyp mørk farge med mørk lilla kant og fortsatt ganske ungdommelig utseende. Intens duft av søte sødmefulle solbær og tobakk i en litt rustikk stil, samt svisker og et hint av saltlakris. Kraftig, stram smak med stor konsentrasjon og tanningrep som i en stram nebbiolo. Stor og kraftfull smak som fyller hele munnhulen med en ‘chunky’ bærfølelse - det er nesten som om vinen kan tygges! Det lugger godt og blir nesten i overkant heftig, og om man har noen av disse kan man med fordel la dem ligge noen år til.
Uansett morsomt å drikke Bucaco som tidligere kun var å få tak i på Palace Hotel og enkelte andre steder i verden, men som en gang i blant dukker opp på polet. 91-92 poeng for nå. Hvit og rosé tilgjengelig nå, til info!

Posed and profound. Nervy and fresh. Shy intensity.
Deep. Pronounced. Dried black fruit, leather and tobacco. Sweet spices. Complex. High fine tannins. Med+ acidity. 13,5% abv. Long and complex.
NB:
Baga (Bairrada) and Touriga Nacional (Dao & Bairrada) blend.
1 year in french oak.
Oak fermented.

Expressive and old fashioned with aromas of black olives. Rather tart, with high acidity, typical for the Baga grape. Concentrated and long. I guess this will improve for many years. Impressive!

Rubi concentrado com reflexos granada. Belo nariz, agridoce, com frutinhas vermelhas maduras e azedas emolduradas por acidez, notas de couro, toque mineral, terroso e sutil lembrança de rosas.. Boca lindamente equilibrada, que repete o nariz, tendo corpo médio, ótima acidez e uma tanicidade fina discretamente secante.. Fim de boca notavelmente longo, fino e agradável.. Apesar de expressivo e bem integrado, ainda é um pouco jovem e deverá ganhar maior complexidade em aromas terciários. 92+

Klar, dyp rød med mildt lys kant. Parfymert, floral og lett søtlig nese med solbærbusk, bjørnebær, jord og noe vanilje. Tørr, og tett, men slank morelldreven frukt. Frisk syre. Moderate tanniner, med et lett bitt i finish. Tørr, og lett syrlig utgang. Fin lengde.
