Opaque dark and purple. Plum, dark berries, green peppers, licorice and herbs in the nose. Dark berries, licorice and chocolate. Full bodied and medium length seeming a little out of balance. 50+4+10+14+7 = 85

Megamoon Part V: Mendoza (Argentina); 11/1/2015-11/3/2015 (Park Hyatt Mendoza, Lujan de Cayo, Uco Valley): One of my favorites at the Zuccardi tasting. This is a blend of Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Ancellotta all of which come from the Altamira region. Very floral on the nose. On the palette more of the wood characteristics (this was fermented whole cluster to add a bit more 'intelligence' to the wine). Nice mix between both red and black fruits, touch of spice, decent tannin. Still very clean and fresh as most Zuccardi wines.
