Monthly tasting club "The Tasting Club" 2016-03; Provence. (@ RvD): A wine made of 70% Syrah and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and it gets 12 months of oak. The bouquet is still locked, but shows cherries and dark berries, herbs and vanilla. On the palate a concentrated wine with ripe dark fruits, chocolate, vanilla from the oak, good acidity and round a bit sticky tannin with still a firm bite. Overall an elegant wine with some refinement, but still a bit too young. Wait until 2019+ For tonight 89+
