Oh yes, worth a few years in the cellar. Lovely colour and clarity, catches the light well. A bit smokey on the nose, but there’s lovely red berry fruit, raspberry and strawberry, good acidity, just enough development to add interest and a medium finish. Super CdR

Medium to light body, not too much on the nose. Plum and spice flavours, fair acidity and pretty fresh tasting. Only a little tannin remaining. Drinking well now, it was worth waiting a year or 2 before opening

Chateauneuf-Du-Pape domaine visits: Tasted at the domaine. Aromas of raspberry, spice. Bright on the palate with nice richness. Smooth tannins, hints of spice on the finish. Solid QPR.

A little less charming than last time, but could be the food matching. See previous note.
