  87: Nice light straw color with an inviting aroma. Tastes less sweet now than I recall, more like what I would expect from a Chardonnay blend (which it is), though still atypical by California standards. Still a good value for a pleasant drinking experience. Probably better enjoyed outside of a meal: Perfect pool-side sipping from a well-chilled bottle.

  89: A lovely sweet summer wine, great balance to deliver flavor without being syrupy. Beautiful straw color. Floral notes break to light acidity with a creamy mouth feel. Subtle hints of peach, not so much citrus. A long pleasant finish. Can a white wine really be savory? Very worthy of the "California Girl" moniker.

  This is a very pleasing white blend with creamy tropical notes from Chardonnay, tart citrus flavors from Sav Blanc, and sweet, nutty nuances from a mix of other varietals. A nice wine representing Temecula. Perfect for poolside sipping. A very good value for under $10.
