Medium to dark gold in colour. Medium body with good length. Went well with the chicken dish we had. Very good drinking now and should hold up for another two or three years at least. [screwcap]

Light golden yellow. Lovely aroma of beeswax, lemon and citrus fruit. The palate full of lemon zest and plenty of acidity, a bit austere too. It has lingering mid-palate and hints of honey. Some grassiness when it warm up a bit but it finishes quite long. Good collaring potential to develop rounder mouthfeel and honey flavour.

I believe this wine has passed away. Quite heavy floral smell, little bitter, short. Dried out fruit.

Lovely honeycomb, nutty aromas, could go another five years easy.
