  Nice, fresh, simple. Pronounced note of bright red fruit and not much else, but successful in its simplicity. Underlying note of black pepper appeared after 30 mins of air. Recommended by nice chap behind the counter at Oddbins in Saint Margaret's to pair with fish and chips, and it was a good call.
