  • Bright, tropical stone and citrus fruits with good minerality and some but not too much sweetness and a longish finish. In your face, in a good way, and a good companion to a pretty big variety of foods that we through at a couple bottles of this. Yum!

  • What a beauty. Utterly fresh nose with white flowers, ripe lemon, fresh apple, some hints of tropical fruit and a stony / steely mineral note. On the palate, beautiful balance between the (moderate) sugar and high, refreshing acidity, giving the wine a light mouthfeel. Packed with flavour, much the same as on the nose, with a bit of honey added in the mix. Never cloying though, as the minerality and acidity provide good structural backbone. Feels like it can age a good deal, but so good already.
