Moderate-minus concentration ruby.
Slightly raisinated, ripe cherry, hint of strawberry jam, slight black pepper, slight rosemary/herbs de provence, vague earth - forest floor, wet leaves.
Structurally:
-medium body
-medium plus alcohol—13.5%? (correct)
-medium acid
-medium minus tannins
Ripe but not too sweet. Very nice by itself and with pepper salumi, manchego, truffle gouda.
