This is delicious. Earthy, a tad rustic, but I love it.

La Paulée de New York - The Verticals (Eventi Hotel - New York NY): Tasting, brief note. Both black and red fruit comes across as slightly backward, plus on the lighter side.
Whatever hardness was there is gone. Drinking beautifully. Red fruit, menthol, thyme and rosemary. Very enjoyable.
Floral, forest floor and black fruit. Quite elegant, gripping tannins but lovely raspberry fruit here. One for the mid term.
Domaine Perrot-Minot Tasting/Dinner with Some Other Great Burgundy from DNS (The Bristol - Chicago IL): Tasting, brief note. My first wine from this producer. More red than black fruit that starts out bright, then finishes with more rugged textures, while retaining balance. Moderate weight and length.
