  Un buen viura con un toque de madera interesante. Bebido sin prestarle mucha atención.

  The wine is a medium lemon colour.
  
  The nose has a medium+ intensity of ripe lemon, golden apple, mango, pineapple, vanilla, smoke and butter. Despite the tropica aromas and oak contact there is a nice restraint here. A wine just on the beginnings of development.
  
  The palate is dry with medium+ acidity, medium+ alcohol, medium+ body and a medium intensity and finish of ripe stone fruits, tropical fruits, butter and a little bitterness on the finish.
  
  A very good quality Viura from Rioja, Spain.

  Nose: Pears and white peaches.
  Taste: Rich. Creamy and slightly waxy mouthfeel, The taste is well balanced between white stone fruits, beeswax (in a very nice way), minerality and a light salinity. It could remind of a less saline and much fruitier version of a Fino sherry.
  A very good wine. It drinks very well now. Still I have a feeling (is it the Rioja pedigree, the Fino sherry feeling or both?) that it might age and develop in an interesting way (Drink 2015-2020?).
  Will be interesting to revisit this later.

  Color amarillo bien brillante, limpio y lenta lágrima. En nariz presenta unos aromas muy marcados de cítricos maduros (mermelada de limón y de naranja amarga) y unos tostados de la barrica que se transmiten en sensaciones de mantequilla caliente, pan tostado y magdalenas calientes, surgen los orejones frescos y algo de piedra quemada junto con frescas hierbas del monte. Buena entrada en boca con un potente recorrido bien amplio y muestra rasgos de garra y fuerza, pimienta blanca, el tostado de la barrica predomina, cítricos carnosos y pera verde carnosa, buen volumen, untuoso, intenso y persistente. Final largo, postgusto de fruta cítrica y retronasal muy ahumado.
  Recién salido al mercado y necesita más botella. Decantación sugerida. Mejorará.

  Cool white golden colour, green tinge; rich fruit (ripe citrus, hint of melon) on the impressive nose, perfectly integrated oak, slightly vegetal, touch of wood spice; rich and rounded palate, fleshy and mouthfilling, nicely supported by the warmth from the wood, ripe acidity and underlying mineral energy; finishes a bit short and light.
