Mostly Mazis Dinner (S.K.Y. Restaurant - Chicago IL): Classic Chablis brightness, energy, and minerality with lemon throughout, also nicely floral. Good length, good now for its level, but I would have preferred greater density for Grand Cru.

Lunch at Cucinetta 5 May 2023: Pale green gold in colour, and so youthful! Subtle, saline, tidal pool, white flowers, lemon pith, stylish and chiseled. Such a classy and classic Chablis. Leave for 5 years 18.75
