Pours pale lemon Nose is really quite open...lemon, pear, apple, almond, match stick, minerals, flint and white flowers. Love the touch of sulphury match stick. Palate has crisp yellow apple, pear, almond, and a whiff of residual oak that adds complexity. The acid is crisp and balances the medium weight. Quite complex actually. Finish is medium. Time has done this wine a tonne of good....still some left in the tank I think so try it now if you have a few.

Very nice, simple Bourgogne Blanc, but done in a style I really appreciate. The nose reveals very restrained ripeness with predominantly orchard fruit (green apple, pear) and lemon. As it warms and breathes the nose turns to flint, struck match, blanched almond, and light touches of vanilla and caramel. Never powerful but the complexity is there. The palate has searing acid and a medium finish built on the orchard fruit and flint. Very nice.

Very nice Burgundy Chard. Drinks very well with good acidity and balance. Reasonable length.
