  (Pierre Gimonnet et Fils "Spécial Club" Brut) ($88.00) 57% Cramant (many very old vines), 30% Chouilly (Mont Aigu, 50 yrs old) and 13% Cuis. Disgorged 8/10, and to be sold in late 2011 or when needed based on depletions of the ’04. It’s more buoyant, minerally and pointed than the more rugged Fleuron; potentially the best ’05 I’ve tasted, though with its strength I wonder if a smidgeon more RS is needed...
