WTDS at All Saints (All Saints, Mpls, MN): Ultra-pale green gold color. Damn, this is so PYCM; taut, focused and driven with great dry extract, saline, gunflint, striking limestone minerality, tart lemon-lime, and a lime finish. Showing wonderfully on both the nose and palate. Couldn't have asked for more.

Nice strict palate, linear dense and long. The aromas really open up with air, showing notes of preserved lemon, white flowers, white mushroom and a dollop of cream. Drinking very nicely and finishing with cool stoniness.

Just a short note as this was enjoyed on a night without notes. This is starting to show some evolution on the front. Holds plenty of zip which quickly takes over the palate. Drinking really well right now and really a value for sub $40.

Solid on this night, so light and transparent. Quality oak, flinty and just a trace of fruit. Bottle drained in no time.
