  Cloudy, orange-red color. Hung on the glass like oil. Vegetable/meaty aromas with sour cherry, savoury and dust. Not unpleasant at all. The vegetable was almost a winter squash or pumpkin smell. Flavors opened up to plum, sour cherry and bell pepper. Very nice, actually. I wasn't quite sure where this wine was going, but I am pleasantly surprised. I may add more if it opens up over a little more time. I'll rebottle and finish tomorrow evening. I just wish it had a more lively appearance.
