Started tight but opened up after a 90 minute decant. Had with italian meats and cheeses, first tasted this wine in Positano. This is only going to improve, need to pick up more.

Somewhat light-footed for an Aglianico. I enjoyed it; but I'm not sure about the $35 price tag ... there are other stellar things I could be drinking at that point. Probably tasting it in 5 years from now that price may feel warranted, but I've got no cellar space for this.

Started hitting it's stride.
I have minimal tasting notes, but you will get some leather, dusty red fruit, paprika., heat. Sort of like a more rustic and robust Chinon.
If you're holding, give it a 30 min decant and you won't be disappointed. Pairs excellently with lamb.
