  Decanted for 90 minutes then back in bottle to HMCs.....pale garnet in the glass. Lots of barnyard that took all of 2 hours to burn off. Nose then reveals strawberry and a stemmy, herbal component. Palate of big time cherry, soft tannins, balanced but it appears to me to have a bit of a weak ending, maybe due to a lack of acidity? A little leather on the ending, too. Fades further after 2-3 hours. A lightweight, earthy cab franc that finishes at 83-84.
