BORGOGNA NOVEMBRE 2015; 11/5/2015-11/7/2015: Barrel tasting at the domaine. 80% diraspato - 70% legno nuovo. Molto piacevole, centrato e territoriale.

Similar to 2012, oak present but also candied aromatics. Piercing, intense, precise palate. De-stemmed, 2 barrels.

Has a heart of pure and sweet blue fruits. There’s pungent minerality and sherbet like acidity. It is very fresh and a wine of excellent clarity.

Vosne Millésime - Noblesse des Clos Vougeot - Les Grands Jours de Bourgogne (Château du Clos de Vougeot): Tasting, brief note. Also reduced. Black berries again with moderate concentration, highlighted by very good textures. Expanding, long finish. VG+ for its level, but give this at least 5+ years in the cellar
