  Fairly straightforward, but enjoyable. Medium-plus bodied, green and tart yellow/gold fruit, some salinity in the background. Medium finish. Agree with a previous taster that it is very good with grilled seafood. 88

  PNP and served at about 54 degrees. Albeit young, this Sicilian Carricante delivered a fresh and invigorating nose of white flowers, jasmine, lemon oil, and grapefruit pith. Nice medium golden color. Medium on the palate with some exuberant ginger and vanilla notes balanced by a stony mineral structure. I am really starting to love some of these lesser known Italian varietals such as Fiano and Carricante. Paired with charcoal grilled Greek prawns and arugula salad. Delicious !
