Driven by tropical fruit - pineapple and mango. A bit of citrus and stone fruit (yellow peach) sage, dark olives. Medium + body with good viscosity and decent acid. You can tell there was more malo from the body as opposed to from the flavors

100% Carricante. Good wine, typical Etna bianco. Yellow fruits and nose of mediterrean bush, a little mineral. In mouth good sapidity, the final is a little unripe, green. Good persistence.

Enjoyable carricante from Etna. Noticeable reduction notes or is that Etna expressing itself, which became less with time. Pineapple and apricot notes on the palate and nose. There is a glycerin like body to this wine, which I quite like. The acidity could be higher for my taste, but it is by no means flabby. It went quite well with my pear, ginger, and rosemary glazed ham. A good everyday white

Apricot, lemon, ash. The finish was a little burnt lemon for my liking. Good viscosity and lift with nice medium body.
