Florality, minerality, energy, length. This ticks all the boxes and is obviously well made, but i felt like i still don't know what is distinctly Etna Bianco. 88-89

Tropical nose. Stone fruit, citrus, great minerality and salinity. Some weight on the palate.

James Suckling - Great Wines of Italy III - 2018 (The Presidio, SF): Only moderately aromatic nose. Light underripe peach. Slight sweet honeysuckle - pear esters.
On the palate this has weight. Medium acid. Medium phenolics - bitterness on the palate.
