  Scents are fresh and open with notes apple, pear, lemon and lime zest, white flowers, oyster shell and rocky minerals and a light streak of honeycomb.
  The palate is dry with piercing, laser focused acidity. Flavors pop on the palate with notes of yellow apple, pear, white peach, lemon and lime peel, crushed flowers, honeycomb, saline and stone. The finish lingers with intensity.
