  Whyne Not? (Rocknroller's (Kevin & Vicki's Place)): Light golden color. Drank a glass over an hour. Yeast, green apple, lemon, chalk, ginger. The palate follows with medium body, apple, chalk, lemon, ginger and lemon grass. Good energy on the palate, crisp and tart fruits, with an earthy bready finish. 91+ to 92pts.

  Light gold color. Split bottle over 2 hours at dinner. Citrus, apple, chalk, yeasty nose. The palate has some weight, citrus, apples, apple skin, chalk, yeasty palate. Plenty of structure and body here. Good.

  Light yellow. One of the better Blanc de Blancs I've had recently. Lemon curd, tart, crisp refreshing and enhanced the shrimp scampi but also was excellent before and after.
