This drank beautifully. Let air for about 2.5hrs prior to enjoying. Had this with oysters to start, and a mushroom/bacon pasta as a main. Nice golden yellow in the glass with notes of honeysuckle, oak, and dried fruits. To me, this may be in its window, so drink up!

Deep yellow color. Apple and peach, but fruit not really the focal point any more. Mineral palate, with good acidity. Long finish. Not much oak in evidence (hurrah!) Marvellous pairing with poached red snapper and sauteed veg and wild mushrooms.

Fantastic, really good Bourgogne copy with all the trade marks. Beginning to be a bit to oxidized to be perfect. Would not cellar it any longer. The wine looks yellow gold colored. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like lemon, orange, raisin, mango, papaya, mineral, vanilla, light toast, honey and sherry. It tastes like lemon, orange, raisin, mango, mineral, oak, vanilla and sherry. The body is medium/full. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.

Gold. Quite dark gold, and plenty oxidative notes too. Suspect not quite right. Behind this a nicely mineral, almost elegant wine with plenty citrus. This was overlayed with the hazelnut and well done pastry notes. Good acidity. It tried to freshen up with air but then fell back.
