1 hour decant. Had with homemade sausage pizza. My first Rossi ranch..Great aromatics. Good bit of acid that helped cleanse the pallate after the sausage (we enjoyed this with food more than the 2013 bedrock lorenzo we had earlier this week). Mixed fruit and very enjoyable. You wont get bored drinking this, lots of flavors over the course of 2 hours.

I find the Rossi bottling always so intriguing. Such a varied flavor profile. Was excited to look in on this one and it did not disappoint. Black olive, dried herbs, purple plum, a food Zin. Had a little leftover and that started to go pruney when revisited so would recommend drinking this now and the structure evidently isn't there to warrant much further aging. Points awarded for its unique flavor profile!

Brought to K&J's for Thanksgiving. No detailed notes but this was drinking well.

Quick note on this one. Quite tasty; full bodied, with a notable flourish of spice on the back end. This is at peak; no need to cellar further.
