Pretty much the same drinking experience as Millennial Drinkers. Dark ruby in color. Splash decant that took 30 minutes to open up. After that a nice nose of cassis and cherry. On the palate: cassis with dark cherry and plum. This had a generous amount of fruit. Medium plus body with nice balance. A nice mouthfeel with a decently long finish. Drinking best at the 2 to 3 hour mark. Typically one of the bigger Bordeaux blends I drink. A nice bottle at the price point.

Dark and deep ruby red. Delicious nose with tons of cinnamon and vanilla followed up by cedar, cassis, plums and dark berries. Silky texture with moderate tannins (6/10) and medium plus bodied. Layered palate with baking spices and cassis. Long finish. Drink till 2031.

This wine was Garnet in color with a nose of cassis, vanilla, blueberry, and a touch of alcohol. On the pnp I tasted cherry, blueberry and a little heat. After an hour this became much fuller developing a big mid palate and having nice acidity. I drank over another two hours. This was best at 2 hours and lost some vitality at the 3 hour mark. I will wait 6-12 months for my next bottle when I think it may bump up a point. If drinking now give a 1-2 hour decant.

big and bold wine. Wish it had the same fruit that older vintages had.
