A true Sancerre white. A hint of honeyed sweetness laces the green apple, stonefruit, citrus, and wet stone aromas. The palate is a little tightly wound but shows impressive tension between juicy yet incisive acidity and bone dry, candied flavors that match the nose. Underlying florality and a lick of salt round things out. Finishes clean, minerally, and vibrant.

Pale lemon with greenish hues. The nose is clean, with tart green apple, lime zest and pronounced wet stone aromas. The palate is very dry, with medium (+) to pronounced acidity and medium alcohol. The palate is consistent with the nose, with vibrant, palate-cleansing citrus and minerality. It is drinking well now and I don't really see any reason to age it. A little pricey at $33.00
