  • A true Sancerre white. A hint of honeyed sweetness laces the green apple, stonefruit, citrus, and wet stone aromas. The palate is a little tightly wound but shows impressive tension between juicy yet incisive acidity and bone dry, candied flavors that match the nose. Underlying florality and a lick of salt round things out. Finishes clean, minerally, and vibrant.

  • Pale lemon with greenish hues. The nose is clean, with tart green apple, lime zest and pronounced wet stone aromas. The palate is very dry, with medium (+) to pronounced acidity and medium alcohol. The palate is consistent with the nose, with vibrant, palate-cleansing citrus and minerality. It is drinking well now and I don't really see any reason to age it. A little pricey at $33.00
